Returns policy

At Aviar Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@aviarcollection.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, which you can print and use to send the item back to us.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  4. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@aviarcollection.com to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we will send out the replacement item.

  5. Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

  6. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@aviarcollection.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or send out a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Cancellation policy
